Cancellation policy
Any deposit on services is non refundable 48 hours after received.
Refunds
Refunds are allowed on physical items within 14 days of the purchase date made. After receiving your returned item/ items an inspection to verify the items meet our return policy requirements is completed. This process usually takes 7-10 business days. Be aware we do not return the shipping cost unless we made the mistake of sending the wrong item or a defective item.
There are no refunds or returns on digital products once the payment has been made. Digital products include ebooks, live classes, courses, masterminds, & mentorships.

Returns
All physical items in new condition, unworn, with tags still attached are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return email our customer service team. If an items is defective or the incorrect item was shipped we will provide a return shipping label at no charge. Once a label is issued, you have 14 days to ship the item to USPS. We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund for damaged, altered, or worn items. If we receive your return and it can not be resold (stains, rips, alterations, oder, missing tags, missing packaging, smoke, perfume) because of the condition we will notify you and offer to return the item/ items at your expense. If you elect not to have the items returned, they will be disposed of. There are no returns on digital products once the payment has been made. Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges should be mailed to 400 Corporate pointe., Suite 300 Culver City Ca 90230. To be eligible for an exchange the tags must be on the items with no alterations, rips, orders, perfume, smoke, and in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse an item that doesn’t meet our exchange policy requirements. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanges or returns unless the wrong item was shipped or defective. Shipping cost or not refundable. If you are shipping an item over $100 it is advised you get shipping insurance and use a trackable shipping service.

Delivery
Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday through Friday when placed by 2pm EST or the following business day when placed after 2pm EST. Should any items be unavailable, the preparation time may be modified. Availability delays will be communicated.
Delivery time is estimated from the time your order is shipped. Depending on your shipping destination and the specificity of your order, Dior offers up to three rapid and secure delivery options :

Services provided such as digital products (ebooks, videos, course) are delivered via email immediately upon purchase. Any Photography/ Videography services rendered has a 2 week fulfillment time for editing and delivery via email, dropbox, or google docs
